Artículo primero. Con destino al funcionamiento de las escuelas y oficinas públicas, incluso la de Correos y Telégrafos Nacionales del caserío de Sibaté, cédense, a título gratuito, al Departamento de Cundinamarca, el edificio de la antigua estación de Sibaté, Ferrocarril del Sur, junto con su plano y lote adyacente, por la siguiente demarcación: por el Oriente, linda con la carretera que de Bogotá conduce a fusagasugá; por el Occidente, con lote vendido a Antonio Granados, pared al medio; por el Norte, con calle pública, y por el Sur, con la plataforma del citado Ferrocarril, hoy convertido en calle pública.
