El artículo 50 del Decreto 2584 de 1993 quedará así: Artículo 50. Traslado o comisión del investigado. Si el investigado cambia de unidad por traslado o comisión del servicio, la atribución disciplinaria para investigar y sancionar la falta, continuará siendo del superior que fuere competente en el momento en que ocurrieron los hechos.
