En los casos en que el adjudicatario de un contrato sea ciudadano extranjero, o se trate de ceder o traspasar a individuo o sociedad de otra nacionalidad., un contrato, en él se dejará constancia que el individuo o sociedad se sujetan a la leyes colombianas como si se tratara de colombianos.
