En la cabecera del Distrito Judicial de Ríohacha funcionará el Tribunal Superior de Ríohacha, que estará compuesto por cuatro (4) Magistrados y se dividirá en dos Salas, así: Sala Civil - Laboral, compuesta por dos (2) Magistrados, y Sala Penal, compuesta por dos (2) Magistrados.
