Adiciónase la 1.ª liquidación del Presupuesto de Gastos del bienio de 1891 y 1892 de la manera siguiente:

DEPARTAMENTO DE JUSTICIA.

CAPÍTULO XXXVIII.

Tribunales de Distrito Judicial (Personal).

Art. 104. Sueldos de los empleados del Tribunal del Departamento de Antioquia.

5.º Para elevar el sueldo del Oficial Escribiente de la Sala de lo civil á $ 600 anuales (disposición general de la ley 86 de 1890), que había sido liquidado por disposición anterior de la misma ley á $ 480, en el bienio $ 240

NOTA.-En el artículo 163 de la 1ª liquidación del Presupuesto de Gastos, donde dice "Circuito del Cauca," debe leerse : Circuito de Buga.
