Conmutación pensional. Para efectos de la conmutación pensional, el Instituto de Fomento Industrial, IFI, en Liquidación, presentará para la respectiva aprobación del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público-Dirección General del Presupuesto Público Nacional, con el concepto previo de la Dirección de Regulación Económica de la Seguridad Social de este Ministerio, el cálculo actuarial correspondiente a los pasivos pensionales de que trata el presente decreto.
