º . Sistemas de transporte masivo. En cumplimiento del documento Conpes número 2932 de junio 25 de 1997 y 2999 de abril 28 de 1998 y teniendo como tope las vigencias futuras contempladas para el Metro de Santa Fe de Bogotá y el Tren Ligero de Cali, el Gobierno Nacional hará los aportes correspondientes acorde con el avance de los proyectos. Los recursos mencionados podrán ser aplicados en proyectos de transporte masivo en estas ciudades.
