Artículo primero . En desarrollo del Decreto número 3180 del 26 de diciembre de 1968, adiciónase la planta de personal del Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores, establecida por el Decreto número 2981 del 4 de diciembre de 1968 con los siguientes empleos: Subsecretaría Administrativa. N.° de cargos Clase Categorías 1 Asistente Administrativo III 25 1 Mecanotaquígrafo II 14

Parágrafo

El gasto que ocasione el cumplimiento del presente artículo se hará con cargo al Fondo Rotatorio de este Ministerio.
