Comisiones de estudio. Los educadores en ejercicio vinculados al sector oficial, tendrán derecho preferencial a disfrutar de comisiones de estudio en facultades de Educación en universidades nacionales o extranjeras, como también a participar en seminarios, curso, conferencias de carácter educativo, dentro o fuera del país. El sistema de selección será establecido por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional. Sección 3º: eberes y prohibiciones.
