° Créase en la ciudad de Tuluá una Junta compuesta de cuatro Vocales, un Tesorero v un Secretario, encargada de promover todo lo conducente a erigir el monumento en honor del doctor Tomás Uribe Uribe, de que habla el artículo 2ª de la Ley 1ª de 1935. Los cuatro Vocales y el Tesorero serán nombrados por el Gobierno, y el Secretario por aquéllos.
