Naturaleza. El Fondo de Fomento Agropecuario fue creado mediante el Decreto Ley 313 de 1960, como una cuenta separada, incluida en el Presupuesto del Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural, y será administrado por el Despacho del Ministro o por quien este delegue.
