Los representantes de las agremiaciones en el Consejo Nacional de Periodismo Tendrán un periodo de tres años, contados a partir de la fecha de su elección. A las deliberaciones del Consejo solo podrá asistir el suplente respectivo en caso de que el principal no se halle presente. Los miembros y el Secretario del Consejo Nacional de Periodismo o percibirán honorarios por asistir a las sesiones.
