Mecanismos de prevención de fraude al Sistema Pensional . Para prevenir fraudes al Sistema las entidades Administradoras públicas y privadas implementarán mecanismos de monitoreo que permitan, prevenir, detectar y reportar de manera oportuna operaciones inusuales o potencialmente fraudulentas y poner en conocimiento de las autoridades competentes los hechos de fraude y/o corrupción detectados.
