Los organismos públicos y privados encargados de la administración de embalses, centrales hidroeléctricas, acueductos y distritos de riego y los usuarios, estarán obligados a dar la información oral y escrita de que dispongan y, en general, a facilitar la ejecución de los planes de ordenación y manejo.
