Artículo primero. Los nacionales ecuatorianos, portadores de pasaporte o cédula de ciudadanía válidos, podrán ingresar a Colombia y transitar por todo el territorio de la República, sin visa expedida por el Cónsul Colombiano, hasta por el término de sesenta (60) días, en calidad de turistas.

Parágrafo

Los vehículos automotores o de cualquiera otra naturaleza en que ingresen a Colombia las personas mencionadas en el presente artículo, quedarán sujetos a las regulaciones aduaneras vigentes en el país.
