De la inspección sanitaria. Los establecimientos donde se procese, reempaque o reenvase y comercialice sal para consumo humano, estarán sometidos a la inspección sanitaria, muestreo, análisis técnico y demás mecanismos de control sanitario contenidos en la Ley 09 de 1979 y normas reglamentarias, a cargo del Invima o de las autoridades delegadas.
