Cualquiera violación de las disposiciones anteriores ocasionara la inmediata suspensión de la radiodifusora o su clausura definitiva, según la gravedad de la falta. El Director General de la Policía procederá a ordenar la suspensión o clausura, en Bogotá, y los Gobernadores, Intendentes y Comisarios, en la respectiva sección.
