º. De la Cuota de Fomento Porcícola. La Cuota de Fomento Porcícola estará constituida por el equivalente al 15% de un salario diario mínimo legal vigente, por cada porcino al momento del sacrificio, así como por cada sesenta (60) kilogramos de carne de cerdo importada, cualquiera sea su origen.
