SUSPENSION POR DELITOS EN ACTOS AJENOS AL SERVICIO. Los empleados del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad suspendidos en el ejercicio del cargo a solicitud de autoridad judicial, por delitos cometidos en circunstancias ajenas al servicio, no percibirán durante el tiempo de tal suspensión salarios ni prestaciones y para todos los efectos laborales les serán descontados los días trabajados.
