Se podrá otorgar Visa Temporal Ordinaria Religioso, al extranjero que forme parte de la jerarquía de una iglesia, confesión, denominación religiosa, federación, confederación o asociación de ministros religiosos, a los cuales les haya reconocido personería jurídica especial el Ministerio del Interior, que venga a desarrollar en forma exclusiva actividades propias de su culto, docentes o asistenciales dirigidas por la entidad religiosa.
