Los establecimientos educativos que opten por solicitar directamente a la Junta Seccional de Matrículas y Pensiones la aprobación de un incremento que exceda el porcentaje proyectado por el Gobierno, deberán presentar dicha solicitud dentro de los quince días siguientes a la fecha en que el Ministerio de Hacienda dará a conocer la meta anual de inflación.
