Art. 1.° Los autores, cómplices y auxiliadores en el Estado de Antioquia del delito de rebelión contra el Gobierno nacional, pagarán una contribución de guerra de dos millones de pesos ($ 2.000.000) á favor del Tesoro de la República. Dicha suma será pagadera cincuenta por ciento en metálico y cincuenta por ciento en billetes del Banco Nacional.

Parágrafo

De la suma expresada se pagar á al Estado del Cauca lo que le corresponda por los perjuicios que le han causado las invasiones de tropas ordenadas por el Gobierno de Antioquia.
