El comisionado podrá recibir su sueldo, pasajes aéreos, marítimos o terrestres de clase económica y cualquier otro auxilio pactado en convenios que haya suscrito la entidad a la cual pertenezca el funcionario. En ninguna comisión de estudios en el exterior podrán reconocerse viáticos. En aquellas entidades que en virtud de la índole eminentemente técnica de sus funciones deba enviar a sus funcionarios a recibir capacitación en el exterior, el Jefe del organismo podrá otorgar el auxilio de viaje en la cuantía que estime pertinente, previa autorización de la Junta o Consejo Directivo o Superior, cuando a ello hubiere lugar.
