Educación . Las autoridades competentes, así como las personas naturales o jurídicas que desarrollen actividades con Organismos Vivos Modificados, OVM, diseñarán y promoverán programas de educación dirigidos a los usuarios, consumidores y a la comunidad en general, que permitan fortalecer el conocimiento y la percepción pública, tanto sobre los beneficios, como sobre los riesgos que puedan generarse en el desarrollo de actividades con OVM.
