º . EXCARCELACION. La petición de libertad provisional deberá acompañarse de los certificados sobre trabajo y/o estudio, cartilla biográfica. consejo de disciplina o certificación expedida por el Director del establecimiento carcelario correspondiente en la que conste: fecha de detención, anotaciones que figuren respecto de las decisiones adoptadas por los juzgadores de primera y segunda instancia, y si el procesado está o no reclamado por otra autoridad en razón de proceso diferente.
