En los contratos que deben efectuar el Ministerio de Correos y Telégrafos y demás entidades oficiales, para la conducción de correos u otros servicios deberán en lo futuro preferirse las embarcaciones colombianas en igualdad de condiciones con las de otras nacionalidades.
