Artículo primero. Para efectos de la aplicación del artículo 179 del Decreto-ley 444 de 1967, se considerarán como "Producto Nacional" los artículos en cuya manufactura se hayan incorporado insumos importados cuyo valor de importación FOB puerto de embarque, no exceda del 60% del valor FOB puerto de embarque del producto exportado.
