ARTICULO 45. A fin de que la organización pueda tomar medidas militares urgentes, sus Miembros mantendrán contingentes de fuerzas aéreas nacionales inmediatamente disponibles para la ejecución combinada de una acción coercitiva internacional. La potencia y el grado de preparación de estos contingentes y los planes para la acción combinada serán determinados, dentro de los límites establecidos en el convenio o convenios especiales de que trata el artículo 43, por el Consejo de Seguridad con la ayuda del Comité de Estado Mayor.
