Comité Fiduciario. El Comité Fiduciario del Fondo para la Vida y la Biodiversidad será un órgano que se establecerá en el contrato de fiducia mercantil a celebrarse entre el Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible y la sociedad fiduciaria que resulte seleccionada.

El Comité Fiduciario se integrará por un número impar de miembros, en el cual deberá participar el Director Ejecutivo del Fondo para la Vida y la Biodiversidad, representantes del Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible, del nivel directivo o asesor, y representantes de la sociedad fiduciaria.
