El Rector del Instituto Técnico Central llevará una cuenta comprobada de las compras de materia prima. Los trabajos que se hagan se anotarán en el inventario de los bienes del establecimiento. Si de acuerdo con el Ministerio de Instrucción Pública se hiciere una obra venal, el producto se invertirá en nueva materia prima de trabajo.
