° Las entidades oficiales o semioficiales que manejan autónomamente su presupuesto, como el Consejo de Ferrocarriles, atenderá al pago de la prima olímpica con cargo a su respectivo presupuesto, y en los mismos términos y condiciones establecidos en este Decreto.
