Cuando se trate de la quiebra de sociedades, las sanciones establecidas en los artículos anteriores se aplicarán a los encargados actuales de la dirección o administración de los negocios sociales, o a los que la hubieren ejercido durante el año anterior a la declaración de quiebra, llámense gerentes, liquidadores, administradores, directores, gestores, miembros de juntas directivas, consejos de administración o de cualquiera otra manera.
