2.12.3.5.4. Mercados mayoristas . Los mercados mayoristas, para efectos del presente título, se asimilan a las plazas de mercado, centros de acopio y centros de distribución integral, y en consecuencia, les son aplicables las normas de que trata el numeral 3 del artículo 2° de la Ley 60 de 1993, sobre vigilancia y control por parte de los municipios.
