Retribución a trabajadores no asociados. Sin perjuicio de los derechos mínimos irrenunciables previstos en el artículo 3° de la Ley 1233 de 2008, las Precooperativas y Cooperativas de Trabajo Asociado, a partir de la fecha de entrada en vigencia del artículo 63 de la Ley 1429 de 2010, retribuirán de conformidad con lo establecido en el Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, a los trabajadores no asociados por las labores realizadas.
