Artículo segundo. Las asignaciones de los empleados de la Rama Legislativa del Poder Público variarán para el año de 1984 en el mismo valor equivalente en que se incrementen las escalas de remuneración de los empleados de la Rama Ejecutiva con fundamento en las facultades extraordinarias otorgadas por esta Ley.
