El artículo 2° de la Reforma Constitucional aprobada por el Plebiscito de primero de diciembre de mil novecientos cincuenta y siete, regirá hasta el año de mil novecientos setenta y cuatro (1974) inclusive.
En las corporaciones elegidas conforme a este artículo se aplicará la regla del artículo 3° de la misma Reforma Constitucional Plebiscitaria.
