º . De la obligatoriedad. A partir del primero de enero de 2001, los departamentos y el Distrito Capital tendrán la obligación de expedir la calcomanía de que trata el Decreto 534 de 2000 y las normas que lo reglamenten. Para la vigencia de 2000, será optativa su expedición.
