° . Cédense a la Universidad del Tolima los elementos que pertenecían al extinguido Servicio Minero de Ibagué, exceptuando aquellos que el Ministerio de Minas y Petróleos necesite para la dotación de sus dependencias.

Parágrafo

El Ministerio de Minas y Petróleos hará la entrega de los elementos cedidos conforme a este artículo por medio de acta que se suscribirá con intervención de un delegado de la Contraloría General de la República.
