Esta suma será incluída en el capítulo correspondiente del Presupuesto de gastos de la presente o de la próxima vigencia, y en todo caso queda facultado el Gobierno para votar los créditos o hacer los traslados que fueren necesarios para la efectividad de esta Ley.
