º Los organismos cuyos planes de informatización hayan recibido el concepto favorable del DANE, podrán proseguir con la ejecución de éstos, siempre y cuando el resultado de las evaluaciones referidas en el artículo 7º indique un apropiado desarrollo de los mismos.
