Los agentes de la renta de los lugarés por donde puedan hacerse introducciones al Departamento, llevarán un libro foliado, en el cual anotarán diariamente las introducciones que se hagan. Cada asiento de este libro debe comprender el nombre del introductor, apoderado o consignatario; el número de bultos introducidos, el peso de cada uno, su número, marca y lugar a que se destina. Hecha la anotación, el agente dará aviso telegráfico al del Municipio donde se destina el tabaco, de que la introducción va dirigida a dicho Municipio, para que el agente de este último tome nota del hecho.
