Artículo quinto. Existe acaparamiento y le serán aplicables las sanciones establecidas por la ley para esta infracción, en todo caso de retención injustificado de azúcar por personas naturales o jurídicas, que no se ofrezca libremente en el mercado o la público, cuando existan signos de deficiente abastecimiento de este producto o cuando se ofrezcan en condiciones que dificulten su compra o en condiciones de precio superior al fijado oficialmente.
