Por el término de un año la Sala de Casación Civil de la Corte Suprema de Justicia se dividirá en dos secciones de tres magistrados cada una, que actuarán independientemente salvo en el caso de que se notifique una jurisprudencla consagrada, o que se trate de crear jurisprudencia nueva para lo cual decidirán conjuntamente.
