º Si inscrito un individuo en una clase determinada, se viere que por el volumen de sus negocios deba figurar en otra superior, el Inspector modificará la inscripción, notificando la resolución que dicte al interesado y dando cuenta oportuna de ello a la Aduana para los efectos del impuesto.
