ARTICULO 49. Dela promocion. Los funcionarios escritos en la carrera especial de que trata el presente decreto tendran prelación por ocupar empleos de superior responsabilidad y jerarquia, siempren que cumplan los siguientes requisitos: a) ocupar uno de los diez (10) primeros puestos en la lista de elegibles vigente para el empleo que se va a proveer. b) Presentar evaluacion satisfactoria de los seis (6) meses anteriores c) No haber sido sancionados por falta grave durante el año inmediatamente anterior.
