: El Gobierno reglamentará de manera especial la explotación de Orquídeas, a efecto de evitar, entre otras cosas, que en el derribo de los bosques sean destruidas las especies o variedades de mayor estimación en los mercados europeos, rareza o importancia científica.

Parágrafo

: Queda igualmente facultado para reglamentar la explotación de cualesquiera otras familias, géneros, especies y variedades de plantas, por razón de las mismas circunstancias que anteriormente se anotan.
