ARTICULO QUINTO. El Gerente General de la Imprenta Nacional de Colombia, dispondrá de seis (6) meses a partir de la fecha de publicación del presente Decreto, para efectuar las correspondientes incorporaciones en la nueva planta de personal de los trabajadores oficiales.
