El artículo 9º del Decreto 332 de 1938, quedará así: "Los gastos que demande la Administración del Impuesto Predial, se harán con cargo a los recaudos, en proporción al valor de los que se obtengan por concepto de los debidos hasta el 23 de noviembre de 1936 y de los que se causen a deber de ahí en adelante,"
