Los Directores o el Gerente y demás empleados del Banco, que maliciosamente den o que autoricen que se dé cualquiera preferencia ilegal a un acreedor sobre los demás acreedores del Banco, incurrirán en la pena de tres meses a un año de reclusión, y serán responsables por los perjuicios que ocasionaren en consecuencia de tal preferencia indebida.
