El Organismo Nacional De Acreditación De Colombia, Onac, De Conformidad Con Lo Establecido En El Decreto 4738 De Diciembre 15 De 2008, Acreditará Previa Verificación Del Cumplimiento De Los Requisitos Pertinentes, Al Organismo De Certificación Y/O Inspección Que Se Constituya Para Certificar Que El Material A Exportar, Corresponde A Mineral Transformado

Decreto 4479 de 2009 · por el cual se modifica el artículo 20 del Decreto 600 de 1996 y se establecen algunas medidas de control para exportación de metales preciosos.

El Organismo Nacional de Acreditación de Colombia, ONAC, de conformidad con lo establecido en el Decreto 4738 de diciembre 15 de 2008, acreditará previa verificación del cumplimiento de los requisitos pertinentes, al Organismo de Certificación y/o Inspección que se constituya para certificar que el material a exportar, corresponde a mineral transformado.

Parágrafo

El Ministerio de Minas y Energía definirá los requisitos técnicos mediante los cuales estos Organismos de Certificación y/o Inspección operarán en relación con las funciones descritas en este decreto.
